Tank wagon type Zacns 95 m3
The four-axle Zacns series tank wagon with a volume of 95 m3 is designed for the transportation of liquids.
The wagon is equipped with Y25 Ls1-K bogies with a maximum axle load of 22.5t as approved according to UIC. The bogies are equipped with wheels homologated for international operation with a TSI conformity certifi cate.
Chassis – a welded central member with platform ends where the tank is bolted onto the saddles.
Brake – a DAKO pneumatic brake with a G/P mechanical cross-over device – G (goods regime) and P (personal regime) and an empty/ loaded mechanical coupler. The handbrake is a parking spindle brake. The handbrake is operated through a handle from the platform located at one end of the wagon and acts on both bogies at the same time.
The tank is equipped with a discharge system located under the level of the transported liquid using three valves. Using one of these sockets it is possible to create overpressure in the vessel from an external source to test the vessel or for pressurized discharging.
The wagon complies with TSI, GCU and UIC conditions.
