The four-axle tank wagon is designed for the transportation of liquids according to RID and complies with UIC regulations. There is a crossover platform with a parking handbrake at one end of the wagon.
The tank (P 355 N material according to EN 10028-3) with the volume of 62 m3 is reinforced with four rings to counteract external overpressure. It complies with EN, ČSN and RID standards.
The wagon is emptied either by gravity through a hydraulically controlled DN 100 central valve in combination with a forced air intake hydraulic valve and a DN 80 gas recycling circuit controlled from the ground, or by top emptying using a DN 80 riser pipe with a DN 50 discharge socket.
The wagon can be fi lled through a DN 500 hatchway (according to EN 12 561-6) or through a DN 150 fi lling socket.
The clearance profi le allows the mounting of stop valves.
The DN 500 hatchway and the sockets are accessible via the top walkway with an access ladder situated on the side of the tank according to the EN 12561-7 standard.
The explosion-resistant pressure vessel has been issued the L10BH code at the computational pressure of 10 bars.
