Tank wagon type Zacens 50 m3

The four-axle tank wagon type Zacens with the volumetric capacity of 50 m3 is designed to carry liquids according to Tankcode L10 BH (e.g. methanol, styrene, liquid hydrocarbons, sodium perchlorate, aniline, formaldehyde, cresol, acetanhydride, nitric acid, potassium hydroxid).
The tank wagon is equiped with standard bogies type Y 25 Lsd1. The supporting part is from welded construction with middle longitundinal beam and front beams, the tank is fi tted to it on saddle with screws. The tank with the volumetric capacity of 50 m3 has gradient 1° symmetric to the middle.
The tank is made from stainless steel. The outside surface is equipped by a 100 mm thick warm insulation. The tank is also equipped by a steam heating element, which is welded on the bottom of the tank.
Brake - A press brake KNORR KE-GP with a 16 inches‘ brake cylinder. Hand brake has been designed to be controlled from the platform.
