To ensure trouble-free unloading of wagons for loose materials, we realize surface treatment of the interior (cargo space) by the surface blasting, by RAL 3012 2K 60 prime coat and by RAL 8012 2K 500 micrones coating finish and, finally, a special unexceptionable coating material “Wimadur”
Changed control of flaps for the Falls wagons (each flap is controlled individually)
In order to ensure zero-loss transport of loaded goods in the Falls wagons, we offer sealing of the flaps sides and bottoms by rubber A403
Regarding the operation mode changeover to the RIV requirements, we are able to ensure reconstruction with installation of the Y 25 CS II undercarriages according to the drawings delivered.
Valves replacement, installation of insulation or replacement of cistern cars discharges
Complete replacement of the wagon tank or box
Increasing the wagon carrying capacity by the frame reinforcement (for siding operation especially)
General reconstruction of the wagon design
