Atypical structures

Our Company’s production program includes also the production of atypical structures according to the customers’ requirements and needs. Such equipment includes, for example, transverse tables, turning platforms, railway machines and assembly mechanisms. Usually, this equipment is used at rail vehicles handling and at railway tracks repairs or maintenance.

Transverse tables

Transverse tables serve for transversal transport of rail cars or their parts (e.g. undercarriages) in a parallel rails system. Transverse tables can be manufactured according to a customer’s requirements – embedded, superelevated, covered, uncovered, internal, and external.

Turning platforms

Turning platforms serve for rail vehicles turning to various directions, while the turning platform pit can have even an incomplete circular cross-section. The turning platform carrying structure is located (embedded) in the turning platform pit, the rail on the carrying structure is on the adjacent rails level. The turning platforms can be divided according to their static effect and structural design of the carrying structure (rocking, hinged, unbroken, plain) according to the load capacity (for locomotives, for wagons).

Rail machines and mechanisms

Rail machines and mechanisms serve at repairs and maintenance of railways, rail upper parts and bottom parts. It is rather specialized equipment manufactured according to the customers’ requirements and wishes.
