The four-axle tank wagon type Zacens is fi tted with standard bogies Y 25 Lsd1 with pressure brake and hand brake, which is operated prom platform. The supporting part is from welded construction with middle longitundinal beam and front beams, the tank is fi tted to it on saddle with screws. The tank is isolated, in the bottom part equiped with heating.
The steam heating device has 2 circles:
The tank is specifi ed for transport of liquid substances and is symmetricaly in the middle in longitudinal direction with gradient 2°. It is fi tted with bottom discharge device, which comprises from 3 seals: internal bottom valve DN 100 and two side ball valves DN 100. The upper discharge device consist of pressure socket DN 40 and rising pipe DN 80. The rising pipe is fi tted to the tank shell with socket DN 150. The tank is equiped on the whole outside surface with mineral wool isolation 100 mm thick with galvanised sheet cover 1 mm thick for warmness keeping of transported material.
