Hopper wagon type Tadgnss/Tadnss

Self-discharging opening-roof wagon design series Tadgnss/Tadnss with two 2-axle bogies, type 9-434.0 is designed in the version Tadgnss for transport of food bulk goods requiring weather protecting, e.g. bulk corn or in the version Tadnss for transport of other bulk goods incl. chemically aggresive substrate, without requirement to ventilation. The closed wagon is resistant to water and powder snow entering into the loading space.

The wagon body is a space steel welded structure. In the upper part of the wagon body is a loading trap, which is covered with one-side-opening roof hinged to the wagon side through the mechanism operated with handwheel from wagon plattform.

The goods is gravity unloaded, by proportioning, from both wagon sides through four + four high-level discharging gaps. The discharging gaps are covered with segmental gates which are pivoted in cross girder in the frame. The gap size is possible to control by opening of segmental gate. Opening and closing of segmental gate is made by hand with gear mechanism through levers from pattform on both wagon ends.

The wagon corresponds to the RIV regulations and without restrictions in speed regime „SS“.
