Other types of locomotives
Our range of locomotives can be extended to include other types than the standard ones. This involves manufacturing locomotives to the special requirements of the customer, according to which the locomotive is designed, engineered, manufactured and subsequently approved in our company based on the given parameters.
Specific locomotives manufacturing
Another option is manufacturing specific locomotives according to already approved customer documentation. An example of this is various modifications to shunting locomotives, which are manufactured according to parameters determined in advance. Traction locomotives can also be selected, although our specialisation is primarily diesel-hydraulic locomotives because of their excellent fluency of transmitting power from the engine to the axles.

The LEGIOS a.s. company, previously referred to as LOSTR, is an European manufacturer of railway locomotives located in Louny, Czech Republic. Its works are located in Louny, Czech Republic, and on Ontario Street and Horní Slavkov, Czech Republic.
